I like to make a meal almost every night. Many times when I eat out I am never happy with my meal. I usually start thinking that I could have made that better. I am not crazy about frozen foods even though I use a vacuum sealer. It is just a mental block I am sure. I have discovered making two meals at once. If I am preparing something easy one night I can usually make something that takes a while to cook like a stew for the next night. The next night all I have to do is make a salad and heat up the stew. I realize that we think a lot alike. I like to make a
