		<description>Just think . . . if you were to double the amount of stew you make and as soon as it&#039;s done cooking, take half and either save it for another dinner or package it for a couple of lunches, consider the time you saved in cooking a third (or fourth) meal!</description>

		<description>I  realize that we think a lot alike.  I like to make a
meal almost every night.  Many times when I eat
out I am never happy with my meal.  I usually start thinking that I could have made that better.  I am not crazy about frozen foods even though I use a
vacuum sealer.  It is just a mental block I am sure.
I have discovered making two meals at once.  If I am preparing something easy one night I can usually make something that takes a while to cook like a stew for the next night.  The next night all I have to do is make a salad and heat up the stew.</description>

Would I really make up the difference in the amount at say age 70 that I would be receiving from 62 to 70 even though at 62 the amount would be much lower?  I am self employed with an IRA but no retirement fund.</description>
